Ray4Fun Travel – Terms & Conditions

By booking travel services through Ray4Fun Travel (“Ray4Fun Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “Traveler”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Role of Ray4Fun Travel

Ray4Fun Travel acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, safari outfitters, hotels, lodges, and transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or defaults.

2. Planning & Professional Service Fees

On occasion, Ray4Fun Travel may charge professional planning, consultation, or management fees.

• Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

• Planning and service fees compensate for research, expertise, itinerary design, and time invested.

• All planning and service fees are non-refundable, regardless of trip cancellation or changes.

3. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

• All bookings are subject to supplier terms, conditions, and payment schedules.

• Deposits and final payments must be made by supplier deadlines.

• Prices are subject to change until paid in full.

• Failure to submit timely payment may result in cancellation with penalties.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation and change penalties vary by supplier and may be substantial.

• Some bookings, including luxury cruises, expedition travel, and safaris, may be 100% non-refundable.

• Refunds, when applicable, are governed solely by supplier policies and timelines.

• Ray4Fun Travel is not responsible for supplier-issued future travel credits or refund delays.

5. Travel Insurance – Strongly Recommended

Ray4Fun Travel strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Emergency evacuation

• Supplier default

• Weather or force majeure events

Insurance Opt-Out Acknowledgment

Clients who decline travel insurance accept full financial responsibility for any losses, cancellations, medical expenses, or disruptions and release Ray4Fun Travel from liability related to uninsured travel risks.

6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Valid passports (typically valid at least 6 months beyond return date)

• Required visas, vaccinations, and entry documents

• Compliance with destination-specific health and immigration rules

Ray4Fun Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

7. Luxury & Expedition Cruise Disclaimer

Luxury and expedition cruises may involve:

• Remote destinations

• Limited onboard medical facilities

• Itinerary changes due to weather, ice conditions, or safety concerns

• Tender landings and physically demanding excursions

Clients acknowledge these inherent risks and accept that itinerary changes or cancellations may occur without refund.

8. Safari-Specific Risk Acknowledgment

Safari travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Wildlife encounters

• Remote locations with limited medical access

• Uneven terrain and rugged conditions

• Weather-related disruptions

By booking a safari, clients voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree that Ray4Fun Travel is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or delays related to safari travel.

9. Health & Medical Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Assessing their physical ability to participate in travel activities

• Consulting medical professionals regarding fitness for travel

• Obtaining required or recommended vaccinations and medications

Ray4Fun Travel does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for health-related incidents during travel.

10. Airline, Cruise & Supplier Policies

• Airline schedules, seating, baggage policies, and aircraft changes are controlled by the carrier.

• Cruise itineraries, ports, and schedules may change without notice.

• Ray4Fun Travel is not responsible for missed connections, schedule changes, or supplier-initiated modifications.

11. Force Majeure

Ray4Fun Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Weather

• Pandemics or health emergencies

• Government actions

• Labor disputes

• Mechanical failures

12. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Review all documents immediately upon receipt

• Notify Ray4Fun Travel of discrepancies promptly

• Conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully during travel

Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service without refund for inappropriate behavior.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ray4Fun Travel shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense caused by any supplier or third party.

14. Photography & Marketing

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Ray4Fun Travel may use client testimonials or photos voluntarily shared for marketing purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Ray4Fun Travel is registered.

16. Electronic Signature & Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, making payment, or signing electronically, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
